When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, telephone number, subject area and message you provide. The site does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

How it is used

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide legal services if you go on to instruct the firm. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Confidentiality

Communications with the firm about a legal matter are treated as confidential. Sending an enquiry through this website does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship, so please do not send confidential documents with a first message.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to deal with the matter or to meet professional and legal obligations. To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, contact the office.
